Published in
by JSI

This job aid details the six steps that health workers at the health facility level should take to improve the data quality of immunization services provided: 1) match the infant and pregnant mother's immunization records, 2) administer the vaccine(s), 3) record each dose given, 4) total, cross check, and correct, 5) consistently provide quality data, and 6) use the tally sheets to monitor your performance. It also provides examples of specific scenarios, such as an infant or pregnant woman being vaccinated for the first time, and how the health worker should address registration.
