The Reaching Every District using Quality Improvement (RED-QI) approach builds upon the standard Reaching Every District (RED) strategy which aims to strengthen immunization service delivery in areas with low coverage by incorporating quality improvement (QI) tools. This tool, developed by the UI-FHS project health workers and immunization staff at the sub-national level in Ethiopia, provides detailed instructions on how to implement these QI tools and provides practical examples.
