The UI-FHS project provided technical assistance to sub-national immunization staff at the Regional Health Bureau and Zonal Health Department levels in Ethiopia to build their capacity to implement the Reaching Every District using Quality Improvement (RED-QI) approach to strengthen immunization services. This brief summarizes the results of an assessment to understand the effect that the technical assistance has had on the sub-national staff, including a self-assessment questionnaire for staff to assess the capacities in immunization management.
