To inform the tailoring of the Reaching Every District using Quality Improvement (RED-QI) approach to urban contexts in Ethiopia, JSI conducted an assessment to examine the capacity of the urban health system in Addis Ababa to implement high-quality immunization services and the challenges to delivering routine immunization to urban poor populations. The study included conducting a health facility assessment of 39 facilities, as well as qualitative assessment using key informant interviews and focus group discussions. This presentation outlines the methodology, findings, and recommendations of the assessment.
