These companion toolkits support national and subnational immunization teams to apply the Identify, Reach, Monitor, Measure, Advocate (IRMMA) framework to reduce the number of un- and under-immunized children and missed communities. Together, the resources provide practical guidance, decision-making criteria, worksheets, and linked tools to help teams identify who is being missed, understand why they are being missed, design and implement context-appropriate interventions, monitor progress, measure results, and advocate for sustained support.
- National-level toolkit: Designed for immunization program managers, supervisors, M&E officers, and partners working with national EPI programs, this toolkit supports stakeholder engagement, data triangulation, prioritization of areas or populations, capacity assessment, monitoring, evaluation, learning, and advocacy planning.
- Subnational and district-level toolkit: Designed for district EPI teams and other local implementers, this toolkit provides step-by-step guidance for reviewing and triangulating data, conducting root cause analysis, validating findings with communities and other stakeholders, planning and implementing interventions, using data for action, and packaging evidence for advocacy.
