From January to June 2025, JSI, as the global learning partner of the Zero-Dose Learning Hub (ZDLH), continued to collaborate with the Bangladesh Learning Hub to advance evidence use in immunization. This semiannual report highlights how implementation research and learning have informed national strategies to identify and reach zero-dose (ZD) and under-immunized children in Bangladesh. Key insights include the effectiveness of modified immunization schedules, digital screening tools, and community engagement approaches in improving access and accountability. The Learning Hub’s evidence also informed EPI’s development of a DHIS2-based ZD dashboard. Persistent operational challenges—such as delays in EPI Operational Plan approval, workforce shortages, and vaccine stock-outs—underscore the need for continued investment in sustainable systems, workforce capacity, and coordinated planning to maintain progress toward reaching every child in Bangladesh with life-saving vaccines.
