During the period July–December 2024, JSI, as the Zero-Dose Learning Hub global learning partner, continued to provide technical assistance and collaborate and co-create with the Mali Learning Hub. This semiannual update for the Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance Board and other stakeholders highlights the Learning Hub’s efforts to generate and apply evidence for a deeper understanding of the factors that affect the implementation and performance of strategies to identify and reach zero-dose and under-immunized children and missed communities in Mali. Key efforts included baseline data collection and early implementation research on two digital health interventions—Coach2PEV and Medexis—as well as the launch of an exploratory study on data use for zero-dose identification. The Learning Hub also expanded its knowledge translation and advocacy activities, with growing use of the Collaborative Intelligence Platform to support policy dialogue and inform immunization strategies. This report synthesizes findings, challenges, and recommendations across the IRMMA framework.
