What are the key enablers and barriers at each level of the health system (policy to community and implementation) to identify and reach zero-dose children and missed communities and to monitor and measure progress?
Join Gavi’s Zero-Dose Learning Hub (ZDLH) on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, 1:00 – 2:30 pm CET / 7:00 – 8:30 am EDT for a 90-minute webinar featuring immunization experts from the Gates Foundation’s Zero-Dose Learning Agenda (ZDLA) and ZDLH Country Learning Hub teams. Speakers will examine the spectrum of factors—from high-level policy and system enablers to service-delivery constraints, community-level demand, and socio-cultural dynamics—influencing the ability to identify, monitor, and measure zero-dose children and missed communities.
The webinar will include an overview of ZDLH objectives and methods, and ZDLA’s objective, approach, and early learnings on ZD implementation. In-country teams from Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Uganda will explore how health system, service delivery, and community-level factors—including poor service quality, gender norms, and political or structural constraints—interact to influence the identification, monitoring, and measurement of zero-dose children and missed communities.
